Observation

A protruding nail/screw was observed on the wall in the bathroom area that was accessible to children at the time of inspection. Large objects were observed on top of floating shelves and on top of the fridge that posed a tipping hazard at the time of inspection. A door in the living room area was observed to have damages and required repairing at the time of inspection. The licensed area was observed to lack appropriate illumination at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). The water temperature was measured at 135 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
